TechCircle Presents: A Drink-up With Silicon Valley's EchoVC
Tuesday, July 24, 2012 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (CEST)
If you are a Nigerian based Internet startup entrepreneur that believes the absence of qualified seed investors has been holding you back, then pay attention.
Eghosa Omoigui, Managing Partner at Silicon Valley based venture capital firm EchoVC, is coming to Lagos with his partners (Shadi Mehraein and Amber Fowler) to speak with you. They’ll be sponsoring a drink up where they’ll love to connect with you and share more about their plans to fuel more tech startup activity in Nigeria.
So what’s the catch? Spaces are VERY limited. Come with your A game and elevator pitch. This will be a casual gathering and so no formal pitches will happen. They are organizing a separate Office Hours event later in the week where selected startup founders can meet and solicit feedback Priority will be given to those who have a live prototype. The spaces they’re particularly interested in are
- Consumer Internet & Services
- Digital Media, Content & Advertising
- Software, Services & Infrastructure
Date: Tuesday 24th July 2012
Venue: TBD (Somewhere in V.I)
